We are excited to announce our upcoming Mommy and Kids Beauty Event in beautiful Hawaii! This family-friendly gathering will showcase a variety of beauty-related products and services tailored for mothers and children, all while celebrating the spirit of aloha.

Vendor Opportunities

We are seeking vendors who offer products or services that complement our event theme. Ideal vendors will provide family-friendly, beauty-related offerings that appeal to mothers and children.

Types of Vendors We're Looking For

  • Beach-ready hairstyling services
  • Waterproof temporary jewelry application
  • Natural tanning oil blending stations
  • Personalized beach bag embroidery
  • Swimwear care workshops
  • Beach-themed nail art services
  • Portable changing room rentals
  • Beach workout / yoga demonstrations

Vendor Rules and Requirements

  • All products and services must be family-friendly and suitable for all ages.
  • Vendors must provide their own equipment, supplies, and staffing.
  • Set-up and tear-down must be completed within designated timeframes.
  • Vendors are responsible for keeping their area clean and organized.
  • All vendors must have necessary permits and insurance.

Application Process

Due to high demand and limited space, all potential vendors must complete an application for approval. Booths are extremely limited, so early application is encouraged.

Booth Information

Cost: $500 per booth or $250 1/2 booth

Size: 10x10 sqft

Includes: Electricity

Payment and Earnings

The $500 or $250 booth fee is due upon application approval. This fee secures your spot at the event and covers basic operational costs.

Vendors keep 100% of their sales during the event. We do not take any commission from your earnings.
