Return Eligibility and Timeframe
We have a 30-day return policy for defective items only. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Defective
- In the same condition that you received it
- Unused, with tags still attached (if applicable)
- In its original packaging
You'll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Initiate a Return

- Provide your order number and the reason for your return
- If approved, you'll receive instructions on how to send your item back to us
Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
- If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method
- Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days
- Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at aloha@locoboutique.com if:
- The item is defective
- The item is damaged
- You receive the wrong item
We will evaluate the issue and work to make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Candles
- Sale items
- Gift cards

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For merchandise shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The following conditions apply:
- The item must be in the same condition that you received it
- Unworn or unused, with tags attached
- In its original packaging
- You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase
