Processing Time
Expect new purchases to process in 5 - 7 business days from the time of purchase for packing and shipping.

Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Loco Boutique, customer satisfaction is important to us. While we do not offer refunds, we are happy to provide exchanges or store credit for eligible items.
- We accept exchanges or store credit requests within 15 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
- To initiate an exchange or request store credit, contact us at aloha@locoboutique.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process the exchange or issue store credit within 5–7 business days.
Please note: All sale items and custom orders are final sale and not eligible for exchange or store credit.
